According to preliminary findings, 14 people were killed as a result of the Israeli army’s attack on a school affiliated to U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees, known as UNRWA, where displaced Palestinians in Nuseirat Camp in the central part of Gaza were sheltering.

According to the information received from al-Awdah Hospital officials, the bodies of seven people who died in the attack and 48 wounded were brought to the hospital.

Khalil al-Dakrun, the spokesperson of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah city, told AA correspondent that the bodies of the other seven people killed in the same attack were also transferred to their hospital.

According to eyewitnesses, Israeli warplanes attacked the UNRWA school where displaced Palestinians were sheltering, causing a fire in the building.

On July 14, Israeli warplanes attacked the Abu Aryan School in Nuseirat Camp, where hundreds of Palestinians were sheltering, killing 15 people and injuring 80 others.
