Hamas leader Khalil Al-Hayya, based in Gaza, announced that four bodies of Israeli captives will be handed over on Thursday as part of preparations for the second phase of ceasefire agreement negotiations.

Al-Hayya also confirmed that the body of Israeli captive Bibas would be released on Saturday in exchange for the release of Palestinian detainees.

These developments come amid ongoing discussions aimed at advancing the cease-fire and addressing detainee-related concerns.

As per the terms of the first phase of the cease-fire agreement, Hamas confirmed that the remaining Israeli captives, including Hisham al-Sayed and Avera Mengistu, will be released on Saturday.
