Hamas prepares to release 4 Israeli female hostages with Red Cross assistance
The International Committee of the Red Cross received a request from Hamas on Saturday to proceed to a designated location in Gaza where four Israeli female hostages are set to be freed, according to Israeli Channel 12.
Separately, the families of the hostages were informed that the release is expected around 10 a.m. GMT, according to Israeli Channel 13.
The release of the Israeli female hostages is part of a broader prisoner swap agreement between Hamas and Israel.
