British politician George Galloway has voiced strong criticism regarding the perceived lack of a unified response from Islamic nations following Israel’s recent severe attack on a school in Gaza.

In his remarks, Galloway said that if there were such a thing as an Islamic world, the world would be shaken with vengeance for Gaza.

‘Earth would now shake with vengeance’

Galloway condemned the Islamic world’s inaction with strong words. On social media, he highlighted the apparent division within the Islamic world, asserting that a true collective response would have involved vengeance following the massacre of Palestinians during prayer in Gaza.

On his social media account, he argued that a genuine collective reaction would have seen a robust and immediate response following the massacre of Palestinians during prayer in Gaza, stating, “If the Muslim world was a real thing, politically speaking, the massacre of over one hundred worshipers reading their Fajr prayer in Gaza this morning would be the last straw. The earth would now shake with vengeance. But it will not.”

Since October 7, Israeli strikes have claimed the lives of 40,000 Palestinians. Despite Türkiye imposing sanctions over the ongoing Gaza assault, many Islamic nations with strategic resources such as oil have remained silent. The recent Israeli attack on a Gaza school, which resulted in the deaths of over 100 Palestinians, has not prompted any notable response from muslim countries.
