Known for its fairy chimneys, hot air balloons, horse and ATV tours, Cappadocia is now offering tourists exciting new water and nature activities at Bayramhacili Dam Lake.

A local company provides guests with jet boat rides, off-road safaris, and ziplining, adding an adventurous twist to the traditional Cappadocia experience.

“We embarked on this journey to offer alternative tourism activities in the Cappadocia region,” said Adem Over, the company’s manager.

“Our custom-built package offers adrenaline-packed activities, including a zipline. Guests can enjoy the lake’s atmosphere and our restaurant. We’ve introduced alternative tourism activities to the region, with the jet boat being particularly popular.”

Thrilled tourists share their experiences

Six-year-old Mustafa Alibeyoglu, who joined the jet boat tour, shared his excitement: “I sat in the front seat and got soaked. I didn’t expect it to be this much fun.”

Orhan Cakmak from Ankara, who participated in the safari tour, said, “It was really enjoyable. I had so much fun, especially when the car flew over the bumps; it was an amazing feeling.”

Omer Unsal, who came from Kayseri for a holiday, recounted his day: “First, we did the safari, which was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Then we tried the zipline, which was also enjoyable. We finished with the jet boat ride. I didn’t know such activities existed in Cappadocia. I highly recommend it to everyone.”
