Patient wins thousands in lawsuit after treatment triggers gambling addiction
A 66-year-old patient who developed compulsive gambling and shopping habits after his treatment for restless leg syndrome has won a £70,000 ($88,364.5) settlement from his doctor, his lawyers announced on Friday.
