Galatasaray star Icardi and ex-wife Nara clash in dramatic custody dispute

A chaotic scene unfolded when Galatasaray’s Argentinian forward Mauro Icardi attempted to collect his daughters from school, leading to a confrontation at his estranged wife Wanda Nara’s residence.
The incident occurred shortly after Nara announced on social media that she had secured a court order preventing their daughters from leaving Argentina.

“Thanks to Argentine justice and my lawyers. Today, I obtained the guarantees my daughters requested, and as a mother, I supported them,” Nara stated. “Their voices were heard, and I have peace knowing no one will take them out of the country. They will be able to rebuild their relationship with their father without harmful influences.”
After discovering the children had pets with them at school, Icardi proceeded to Nara’s building at Chateau Libertador to drop off the animals, according to Argentinian media outlet LAM (América TV). The situation quickly escalated, prompting Nara to call both her attorney and the police.
Nara screaming and crying as Icardi, daughter trapped in elevator
An Argentinian journalist reported that Icardi was trapped in an elevator with his youngest daughter while “Wanda was screaming and crying on the other side.” Police informed Icardi he couldn’t leave with the children due to the circumstances.
“Terrible things happened—pushing, door slamming, the little girls crying. Mauro eventually fled the scene,” the journalist stated.
Nara’s attorney described the incident as chaotic, stating, “He’s crazy, there was a scuffle and everything is on record.”
Previous reports indicate that Nara is seeking substantial compensation in the divorce, including $500,000, an apartment in Milan, and a villa on Lake Como.
