The pop star described the move as life-saving. “When I came here, I felt dead inside,” Terenzi said. “But now, instead of drinking, I read books and explore the highlands. I feel more alive than I have in years.”

Cos recalled Terenzi’s condition when he arrived. “Marc was like a wet sack of flour, completely lifeless,” he said. “I couldn’t leave him like that. We’ve been training together every day, and he’s regaining his strength quickly.”

Terenzi also expressed gratitude for the hospitality he received in Türkiye. “The kindness of Turkish people has changed me deeply. Ufuk’s parents have become like my own. I feel happy for the first time in years. It’s like being reborn,” he said.

Terenzi has spent his days exploring the scenic Giresun highlands and reconnecting with himself. He credited his time in Türkiye for reigniting his passion for music.

“I’ve started writing songs again,” Terenzi said. “I want to rebuild myself and my career, starting from scratch.”

Cos is confident about Terenzi’s progress. “He’s improving every day,” Cos said. “I believe he’ll return to the music world stronger than ever.”
