Symphonic evening in Cappadocia: ‘Tango Buenos Aires’ concert amid Fairy Chimneys
Türkiye’s Culture Road Festival, a nationwide initiative to bolster the country’s global image, reached its seventh stop in the enchanting region of Cappadocia.
Nevsehir’s Pasabaglari Ruins provided a stunning backdrop for a cultural extravaganza as the festival hosted a “symphonic evening.”
The highlight of the event was the “Tango Buenos Aires” concert, featuring a collaborative performance by the State Polyphonic Choir and the Presidential Symphony Orchestra.
Under the direction of choir conductor Burak Onur Erdem, the State Polyphonic Choir and the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, led by Cemi’i Can Deliorman, performed Martin Palmeri’s piece “Tango Buenos Aires.”
The illuminated fairy chimneys and hot air balloons in the area added a colorful touch to the evening.
