Croatian cellist Stjepan Hauser captivated the audience with a mesmerizing performance at Maximum Uniq Open Air in Istanbul.

Visiting Türkiye for a three-concert tour organized by Charm Music Turkey, Hauser delivered a memorable show.

During the concert, Hauser performed a diverse repertoire including “Bach Prelude,” “Secret Garden,” “Caruso,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” “Game of Thrones,” “Livin’ La Vida Loca,” “Shape of My Heart” and “La Isla Bonita.”

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Hauser expressed his joy at being back in Istanbul, stating, “I am thrilled to be here again. We are in a magnificent outdoor venue. Tonight, we will play many beautiful songs for you.”

The concert lasted nearly two hours, and Hauser concluded the evening with a rendition of Tarkan’s famous “Simarik,” a song composed by Sezen Aksu that has garnered worldwide attention.

Following this performance, Hauser will continue his tour with concerts at Izmir Arena today and at Antalya Aspendos Ancient Theatre on Aug. 17.

Last year, he performed in Istanbul as part of his first solo tour, “Rebel with a Cello,” showcasing a broad repertoire ranging from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky to Lady Gaga, and from Dmitri Shostakovich to Shakira.
