The YAVUZ 14/MC P35 pistol by YAVUZ FIREARMS, a Giresun-based gun manufacturer in Türkiye, has been awarded the Best Pistol of 2024, securing the American Rifleman Golden Bullseye Award from the National Rifle Association (NRA) in the U.S., a prestigious recognition organized by the NRA for 22 years.
According to the statement made by YAVUZ FIREARMS, the Turkish arms manufacturer elevated its export success in the U.S., one of the world’s largest civilian arms markets, by securing this award.
YAVUZ FIREARMS also became the first Turkish company to receive this award.
The YAVUZ 14 / MC P35, with 9×19 mm caliber, 840-gram weight, and a 15-round magazine, was deemed worthy of this award by NRA juries for its quality, ergonomics, innovation, and performance.
The pistol is also the successor to the legendary P35 model designed by John Browning in 1922. YAVUZ FIREARMS has reintroduced a model cherished by enthusiasts for over 100 years to the world, combining modern design principles with the preservation of its classic lines and distinctive features.
The company has been producing domestic and national pistols since 1994. Its product range includes iconic pistol models such as the YAVUZ-16, YAVUZ-1911, YAVUZ-14, and YAVUZ-9, as well as shotguns such as the MC-312. The company’s products are offered for sale in Türkiye at the Machinery and Chemical Industry Co.
