Karabuk Iron Steel Industry Trade & CO. INC. (Kardemir) has won a €10.3 million ($11.2 million) contract to export rails to Algeria.

The announcement, made via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), highlights a significant international deal for the Turkish steel manufacturer.

Three-month delivery timeline

According to the statement, the contract stipulates that delivery of the rails will be completed within three months of the agreement date. This deal is a key export milestone for Kardemir, strengthening its presence in the international rail market.
