• Ownership confirmation: Use the ministry’s electronic systems to verify that the vehicle belongs to the listing provider or their close relatives.
• Customer support: Provide at least one internet-based communication method and a phone line for handling complaints.
• Market protection: Implement measures to prevent misleading or market-distorting listings.
