Karmod, a leading Turkish prefabricated housing company, has announced the shipment of 10 prefabricated homes to Liberia, marking its latest expansion into West Africa.

The homes will be transported by sea to Liberia’s capital, Monrovia, and then delivered overland to Ganta, a city in northern Liberia, for on-site installation by Karmod’s field teams.

Addressing housing shortages in Africa

The project, which will see Karmod’s 75-square-meter 2+1 prefabricated homes providing affordable housing in Ganta, adds Liberia to the company’s portfolio of over 140 export markets.

Karmod’s export sales manager, Ziya Yanik, emphasized the company’s role in addressing the housing shortage across African countries, particularly in West Africa, with durable, efficient, and quickly assembled homes.

Growing Demand in Africa

Karmod has experienced increasing demand for its prefabricated housing solutions across Africa, with company representatives meeting regularly with clients from various West African nations.

The Liberia project aligns with Karmod’s commitment to providing rapid housing solutions in regions with urgent needs.
