A major fire has broken out at an oil refinery in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku, emergency services reported, according to Russian media.
Russia’s TASS news agency reported that a fire had broken out at a refinery in Baku’s Nizami district.
The area is home to the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery, one of the country’s largest oil processing facilities. The same refinery also experienced a fire in October last year.
