Togg to open European pre-orders for T10X Electric SUV by year-end
Türkiye’s domestic electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Togg has announced it will begin accepting pre-orders for its fully electric C-segment SUV, the T10X, in Europe by the end of the year.
Togg, the Turkish automobile manufacturer, marked its sixth anniversary on Tuesday. Since its inception, Togg has become a leading EV brand in Türkiye with its T10X model, which was first previewed in 2019.
The company expanded its footprint into Europe by establishing Togg Europe GmbH in Germany in 2021.
In addition to the C-segment SUV, Togg is actively developing new EV models. The company unveiled an updated version of its second model, the T10F, at CES 2024 in Las Vegas, the world’s largest tech expo.
Togg is also working on a B-segment SUV, the T8X, which is expected to be previewed next year.
Moreover, Togg’s fully electric fastback sedan, the T10F, which aligns with contemporary design trends and consumer expectations, is anticipated to be available for order in Türkiye by the end of 2024, with deliveries commencing the following year.
Togg maintained its market leadership in May in Türkiye, selling over 4,000 units that month – surpassing its nearest competitor by more than 3,500 units, according to data from Türkiye’s Automotive Distributors Association (ODMD).
In May, Togg held a 56.33% share of Türkiye’s EV market and a 40.89% share for the period from January to May, with over 11,200 units sold in total.
Looking ahead, Togg aims to produce 1 million units across five different models by 2032.
