The competition, held with great excitement throughout its stages, concluded at the Rahmi Koc Museum’s final night and award ceremony. In addition to the “Car of the Year” award, winners in three different categories were also announced: the Renault Austral launch in Gokceada won the “Press Launch of the Year,” the “Innovation of the Year” went to the Togg Trumore Digital Experience Platform for integrating mobility experiences into a single application, and the “Design of the Year” was awarded to the Kia EV9.

Addressing the ceremony, OGD President Ufuk Sandik remarked: “Car of the Year has become a brand itself, closely followed not only by automotive companies in Türkiye, but also by headquarters abroad, underscoring the success of OGD and the Car of the Year organization. The awards in other categories also attract significant interest, often exceeding the competitiveness seen in the Car of the Year award itself. This is a testament to our effective work.”

Following the selection of the Togg T10X as the winner, Cag Gunacar, Corporate Communications and Brand Leader of Togg, expressed great happiness about the decision made by automotive journalists. Gunacar also stated: “This is a highly prestigious award for us. It coincides with our 6th anniversary as Togg. Winning Car of the Year and Innovation of the Year on such a special day is a meaningful birthday gift for us. “

“As representatives and executives of our brand, this award holds deep significance. It’s an honor to receive these awards in our first year in the market. As a national brand of our country, we accept this award on behalf of all citizens of the Republic of Türkiye,” Gunacar added.
