AJet to launch direct flights between Istanbul and St. Petersburg

AJet, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, is set to launch its second route to Russia. The airline will begin daily direct flights between Istanbul and St. Petersburg on March 15, 2025.
As part of its global growth strategy, AJet is adding St. Petersburg—often referred to as Russia’s cultural capital—to its network. The airline’s direct flights will operate daily between Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport and St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport.

AJet’s Istanbul to St. Petersburg flights start at $99
The frequency of AJet’s flights on this route offers flexibility for travelers visiting St. Petersburg, a key gateway between Russia and Europe. The new service is also expected to strengthen tourism and trade ties between the two countries, according to the company.
AJet, known for its affordable fares, has introduced ticket prices for the new route starting at $99. Catering to both business and leisure travelers, the airline aims to provide a comfortable and cost-effective travel experience.
