Bayern Munich clinch a crucial 2-1 victory against Leipzig with a goal in the 90+1 minute under the manager Thomas Tuchel

Bayern Munich, fighting for the championship in the German First Football League (Bundesliga), defeated its host Leipzig 2-1 with the goal it scored in the 90+1 minute.

 Munich, the champion of the last 11 years in the Bundesliga, hosted Leipzig in the 23rd-week match.

Munich took the lead 1-0 with Harry Kane’s goal in the 56th minute of the match, which ended goalless in the first half, while Leipzig equalized with Benjamin Sesko’s goal in the 70th minute. 

In the game, Harry Kane scored his and the team’s second goal in the 90+1 minute, and the match ended 2-1.

Munich, under the management of Thomas Tuchel, won after three matches with the defeats of Bayer Leverkusen, Lazio, and Bochum last week.

Bayer Leverkusen is at the top of the Bundesliga with 61 points, while Bayern Munich is in second place with 53 points.
