“Kate looked happy and relaxed. They look happy just to be able to go to a shop and mingle,” Nelson Silva, who filmed the video, told The Sun. This footage was reportedly taken on Saturday in Windsor, west of London.
Kensington Palace, which previously announced Kate’s return to official duties after Easter, has not commented on this latest sighting.
The Duchess’s health has been the subject of intense online speculation, mainly after Kensington Palace released and retracted a photo of Kate with her children.
The retraction, which followed claims of photo manipulation, intensified public curiosity about her condition.
TMZ reported additional details of the Duchess’s outing, adding to the coverage. Kate, wearing casual athletic wear and appearing in good health, was at the Windsor Farm Shop, contradicting some rumors about her condition.
Silva witnessed the couple’s outing and added, “Kate looked relieved, like it was a success going to a shop. It felt natural.”
This sighting comes after a notable period of public concern and speculation, particularly on social media, regarding the Duchess’s health following her hospitalization in December.
The Sun’s decision to publish the video was described as an attempt to curb the “madness of social media.” The palace has not provided details on her condition but has confirmed it is not cancer-related.
