Elon Musk claims billionaires fear Trump’s election win due to Epstein connections

American billionaire Elon Musk has alleged that several prominent U.S. billionaires, including Bill Gates and Reid Hoffman, are concerned that a Donald Trump victory in next month’s presidential election could reveal their connections to Jeffrey Epstein.

In an interview with Tucker Carlson on the social media platform X, Musk claimed that these billionaires are supporting Kamala Harris, the Democratic candidate, due to fears of the potential exposure of their relationships with Epstein and Sean Combs, the American producer and rapper known as “Diddy,” who faces accusations of sexual abuse from 120 individuals.

Musk stated, “One reason Kamala is receiving so much support is the fear that if Trump wins, Epstein’s client list will be made public.” He specifically mentioned Gates and Hoffman as billionaires who are reportedly anxious about the publication of this list.

Musk highlighted that while Hoffman does not share Trump’s ideological stance, he is genuinely worried about the Epstein case. He contrasted the prosecution of individuals involved in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot with the perceived lack of accountability for those connected to Epstein.

Regarding potential video evidence of Epstein’s activities, Musk commented, “There are likely thousands of hours of footage involving Diddy and Epstein.”

When asked about his experience since entering the presidential race, Musk described it as “quite entertaining.” He claimed that if Trump loses the election, it could have dire consequences, stating, “If Trump loses, it means I’m finished.”

Musk argued that if Trump does not win, it could signal the end of future elections, expressing concerns that millions of immigrants entering the U.S. under President Joe Biden will eventually receive citizenship, permanently impacting future voting dynamics.

He warned that continued Democratic leadership could lead to the legalization of many undocumented immigrants, saying, “What happens if you place hundreds of thousands of people in every swing state? There won’t be any more swing states, and we will have a one-party country.”

Overview of the Jeffrey Epstein case

Jeffrey Epstein, who faced charges for sexually abusing dozens of underage girls and establishing a prostitution ring, was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan on August 10, 2019. Authorities ruled his death a suicide, but family members have expressed doubts about this conclusion.

Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, was convicted of aiding him in trapping minors into a prostitution ring for wealthy individuals, celebrities, and public officials.

The Epstein case has resurfaced in headlines following the release of court documents in early January, which revealed over 4,500 documents detailing connections between Epstein and various prominent figures. Notable names mentioned include Prince Andrew, former U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, actor Kevin Spacey, singer Michael Jackson, illusionist David Copperfield, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson. Despite their names appearing in the documents, no allegations have been made against the former presidents.

Diddy’s arrest

Sean Combs, known as “Diddy,” was arrested on September 16, 2024, on charges including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, confinement, arson, drug possession, bribery, and obstructing justice.

Reports indicate that 120 individuals plan to file lawsuits against Combs for sexual assault and abuse. Lawyer Tony Buzbee, representing the victims, stated that among the 120 individuals, 25 were minors at the time of the alleged abuse and possess photographs, videos, and messages related to the accusations.

Buzbee asserted that Combs will face charges of violent sexual assault, rape, and distribution of video recordings, claiming that over 3,000 individuals have approached his office with allegations against Combs, and lawsuits will be filed in various states within 30 days.
