“We have now left behind the March 31 local elections. I wish the election results to bring goodness to our country, our nation and the winning candidates,” Bolat stated.
“We will work together,” emphasized Bolat, indicating the steps to be taken after the elections, stating: “Having left the elections behind, we will continue to work tirelessly towards our goals of increasing the welfare of our people and further strengthening our country’s economy through investment, production, employment, and export-focused sustainable growth. Last week, Bolat highlighted at a meeting with the business world organized by the Çorlu Chamber of Commerce and Industry that the abundance of organized industrial zones was a significant indicator of Türkiye’s transformation.
Bolat, stating that Türkiye continues to grow, mentioned that the national income was $230 billion in 2002, and last year, Türkiye’s national income exceeded $1.118 trillion.
Bolat confirmed that the national income had increased nearly four and a half times. Bolat expressed this growth as “adding four and a half Turkish economies to Türkiye in terms of production.”
Bolat conveyed that the standard of living in Türkiye, a developing and growing country, had increased, stating that the national income, which was $3,608 in 2002, showed a fourfold increase last year, reaching $13,110.
Bolat pointed out that Türkiye’s exports amounted to $256 billion, with 94% of this constituted by industrial products, and these products were sold to European countries, the U.S. and Canada.
