Fenerbahce eyes Sofyan Amrabat for midfield strengthening

Fenerbahce, who want to make a transfer for the front libero position, is focussed on Sofyan Amrabat. The Moroccan player, who is still under contract with Fiorentina, is warm to Fenerbahce’s offer.

28-year-old Amrabat, whose name was also rumoured with Galatasaray for a while, has been offered on loan with an option to buy, and the purchase option for next season is 12 million euros. However, Amrabat’s current market value is 22 million euros.

According to reports from Italian sources, although there are other offers for Sofyan Ambarat, the player wants to work with Jose Mourinho.

Amrabat, who has strong physical characteristics, stands out with his dribbling skills, passing ability and ability to contribute to defence.

Amrabat played for Manchester United last year for a 9 million euro loan fee.
