Prague Philharmonic Wind Quintet performs in Turkish capital Ankara
Prague Philharmonic Wind Quintet performs a concert as part of the 38th International Ankara Music Festival organized by the Sevda-Cenap And Music Foundation
The Prague Philharmonic Wind Quintet, consisting of Jiri Sevcik, Vladislav Borovka, Jan Brabec, Vaclav Furbach, and Mikulas Koska, performed works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ferenc Farkas, Georges Bizet, Antonin Dvorak and Norman Hallam.
The members of the ensemble, which was founded on the initiative of the Prague Philharmonic’s woodwind section soloists, have won many awards in national and international competitions.
They are among the permanent musicians of orchestras such as the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Prague FOK Symphony Orchestra, National Theater, Baborak Ensemble and Czech Sinfonietta.
