Turkish Airlines announced that the global technical issue has been largely resolved, with all company units working diligently to restore normal operations.

In a statement from Turkish Airlines’ corporate support account, it noted: “The global technical issue has been largely resolved. All our units are continuing to work tirelessly to return our operations to normal. You can make changes and refund transactions for your flights through our website or mobile app.”

Microsoft today reported a service outage affecting its applications and services worldwide, impacting businesses and users globally. Across many countries, the outage caused problems in a variety of sectors, including banking, telecommunications, media and transportation.

Meanwhile, Turkish Airlines announced that there were problems with ticketing and reservations due to the failure of information systems.
