Russia’s Interior Ministry adds Zelenskyy to wanted list
The Russian Interior Ministry adds Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the wanted list amid the ongoing conflict with Ukraine
The bulletin on Zelenskyy’s arrest was included in the ministry’s wanted database as the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine entered its 800th day.
The bulletin simply reads “wanted under an article of the Criminal Code,” but does not specify which article.
The ministry also issued a bulletin for Zelenskyy’s predecessor Petro Poroshenko, who is also wanted under an unspecified article of the Criminal Code.
Zelenskyy has been the President of Ukraine since 2019, replacing Poroshenko, who served as the country’s leader from 2014 to 2019.
