President Erdogan and Xi Jinping discuss key global and regional issues at SCO Summit
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Chinese President Xi Jinping hold talks at the 24th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State Council meeting held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed regional and international issues. They exchanged views on economic cooperation, energy and trade relations between Türkiye and China, as well as global security and stability.
Additionally, topics such as strengthening regional cooperation within the framework of the SCO and producing common solutions to existing problems were also on the agenda, according to reports.
