Associated Press has shared a compelling investigation as the casualty count from Israel’s attacks on Gaza continues to escalate.

The investigation identifies at least 60 Palestinian families who lost a minimum of 25 members during the conflict between October and December.

Shockingly, nearly a quarter of these families lost ‘more than 50 family members in those weeks’, with some families unable to even document the extent of their losses.

U.N. officials have revealed that in certain families, four generations from the same bloodline were killed in these Israeli attacks, signaling a devastating wipeout of many Gazan families.

Gazan Youssef Salem tragically lost 173 relatives in Israeli airstrikes within a few days, a number that tragically rose to 270 by spring.

The news also underscores the unprecedented scale of Israel’s actions, effectively wiping out entire Palestinian families, a loss deemed more catastrophic than physical destruction and mass displacement.
