Turkish Airlines cancels flights to Trabzon, Rize due to severe weather on April 22-23

Turkish Airlines has announced the cancellation of several scheduled flights to and from the northeastern cities of Trabzon and Rize on April 22 and 23, because of adverse weather conditions.

In a statement shared on social media, Turkish Airlines Senior Press Advisor Yahya Ustun confirmed the cancellation of the following flights:

  • Istanbul–Trabzon–Istanbul: TK2834, TK2835, TK2536, TK2537, TK2540, TK2541, TK2816, TK2817, TK2820, TK2821
  • Istanbul–Rize–Istanbul: TK2542, TK2543, TK2546, TK2547, TK2536, TK2537

Passengers are advised to consult the airline’s official website or customer service for the latest updates regarding flight status and rebooking options.
