Turkish treasury puts Bellona Furniture up for sale with $220M valuation

Türkiye’s Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put up for sale 100% of Bellona Furniture, which is owned by the government treasury.

According to an announcement published in the Official Gazette, the estimated value of Bellona Mobilya has been set at ₺7 billion ($220 million). The tender process will involve both sealed bids and an open auction.

To participate in the auction, bidders are required to submit a ₺350 million ($11 million) deposit and submit their bids by May 5 at 4:30 p.m. (local time).

The auction is scheduled to take place on May 6 at 10:00 a.m. at TMSF’s headquarters in Esentepe, Istanbul.
