36 irregular migrants detained in Türkiye’s Edirne

In Edirne, 36 irregular migrants were detained after it was determined they had entered Türkiye illegally.

Security forces continued their inspections and controls throughout the city to prevent irregular migration.

During their operations, authorities apprehended 36 migrants from Afghanistan and Pakistan.

After processing, the irregular migrants were transferred to the Edirne Provincial Directorate of after processing, the irregular migrants were transferred to the Edirne Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.

Ongoing operations continue to prevent irregular migration.
