Robert F. Kennedy Jr. takes a firm stance against U.S. military strikes on Iraq and Syria

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the independent candidate for the U.S. presidency, has taken a firm stance against recent U.S. military strikes on Iraq and Syria.

In a detailed post on a popular platform, Kennedy sharply criticsed Washington’s longstanding policy of stationing troops in what he deemed “unfriendly countries” in the Middle East.

Kennedy’s central argument revolves around the belief that the strikes, which were deemed necessary by the U.S. government, could have been avoided if successive administrations had not placed American forces “in the crosshairs” of Shia armed groups in the region.

This involves concentrating on securing maritime routes critical for global trade and navigation. By prioritizing these key strategic areas, Kennedy suggests that the U.S. can protect its interests without deploying troops in contentious regions.

Furthermore, Kennedy underscores the significance of fostering diplomatic summits to address long-standing grievances among nations in the Middle East.
