Türkiye’s Otokar presents armored vehicles at IDEX 2025, Abu Dhabi

Otokar, the Turkish defense industry leader, is presenting its armored vehicles and turret systems at the 2025 edition of the IDEX International Defense Exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
The company highlights its latest military vehicle lineup, including Cobra II 4×4, Arma 6×6, Arma II 8×8, and the Tulpar modular tracked armored vehicle.
These vehicles, which have been actively used in over 40 countries, stand out for their high mobility, ballistic and mine protection, and versatile weapon integration options.
Key vehicles on display
- Cobra II 4×4: This vehicle is known for its enhanced protection and spacious interior, capable of carrying up to 10 crew members. The Cobra II offers exceptional resilience against ballistic, mine, and IED threats.
- Arma Series: These wheeled vehicles offer amphibious capabilities and are adaptable with various weapon systems. Known for their excellent mobility and modular design, the Arma series provides the flexibility required for diverse military missions.
- Tulpar: A tracked armored vehicle that excels in difficult terrains, the Tulpar is equipped with a 120mm cannon and is capable of maneuvering through narrow streets and challenging landscapes where main battle tanks can’t operate.
Strengthening regional presence
Otokar has maintained a strong presence in the Middle East and Gulf regions since 2000.
In 2016, the company further solidified its position by launching Otokar Land Systems in Abu Dhabi, allowing for closer ties with clients and ensuring quicker responses to their needs.
