Thousands gather in US, Europe to call for immediate cease-fire in Gaza

In Geneva, Switzerland, on Saturday (Feb. 3), hundreds of pro-Palestinian individuals gathered and marched, urging an “immediate cease-fire” for Gaza. They convened outside the United Nations (U.N.) High Commissioner for Human Rights, traversing the city center to express solidarity with Gaza amid intense Israeli attacks.
Demonstrators, waving Palestinian flags and banners, voiced support for the people of Gaza.
Additionally, they affirmed their backing for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), facing financial cuts from several donor countries after Israel’s recent accusations.
Protesters, responding to the Gaza attacks, chanted pro-Palestinian slogans in English, French and Arabic.
