A suspect linked to the PKK terrorist group was arrested while trying to cross into Greece, authorities said.
Security forces apprehended the PKK suspect, identified as Y.D., in a first-degree military-restricted zone on Monday. Following his detention, Y.D. was taken into custody for questioning by the gendarmerie.
After completing legal procedures, he was transferred to Edirne Courthouse, where prosecutors took his statement. A criminal court of peace later ruled for his arrest.
