Turkish national basketball player Alperen Sengun played a key role in the Houston Rockets’ victory against the New York Knicks

In an NBA showdown, the Houston Rockets snapped a four-game losing streak by triumphing over the New York Knicks with a narrow 105-103 victory.

Turkish national player Alperen Sengun played a pivotal role, contributing 18 points, three rebounds, six assists, three blocks and one steal. The Rockets, led by Dillon Brooks, Jabari Smith Jr, and Aaron Holiday, clinched their 24th win of the season.

Despite the efforts of Jalen Brunson, Donte DiVincenzo, and Josh Hart, the Knicks suffered their third consecutive defeat. 

In another exciting game, the Philadelphia 76ers ended the Cleveland Cavaliers’ nine-game winning streak with a close 123-121 victory. Critical performances from Kelly Oubre Jr, Buddy Hield, and Tyrese Maxey led the 76ers to their 32nd win of the season.

While Donovan Mitchell’s impressive 36-point display wasn’t enough to secure a victory for the Cavaliers, Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland added 21 points each. 

The defeat marked the 17th loss for the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference. The NBA season continues to deliver intense competition and captivating moments for basketball enthusiasts worldwide.
