President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Mohammed Dbeibah as part of his bilateral engagements at the World Government Summit in Dubai, which was held under the theme “Shaping the Governments of the Future.” The meeting took place behind closed doors.

Erdogan stated that Türkiye prioritizes the unity and integrity of Libya and is ready to support the dialogue process in Libya without undermining the legitimacy of the Government of National Unity.

Erdogan reiterated that Türkiye will continue its efforts for a sustainable and permanent solution in Libya and expressed Türkiye’s commitment to contributing to the establishment of tranquility in the region.
